In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy. Whisk until fully incorporated and smooth.

Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit (180° Celsius). Coat a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of stuffing onto each turkey breast slice. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Repeat with remaining slices.

Pour about 1 1/2 cups of the prepared sauce evenly over the turkey rolls. Optionally, sprinkle with dried parsley flakes. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.

While the casserole bakes, heat the remaining gravy in a medium saucepan over medium heat until warmed through. Serve warmed gravy with the turkey roll ups.
