01 -
Get a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper to make sure your treats won't stick when they cool.
02 -
Put your dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a bowl that's microwave-safe. Heat them in short 30-second bursts, giving them a good stir each time, until everything's nice and smooth.
03 -
Grab a skewer or fork and dunk each marshmallow into your melted chocolate mix. Make sure they're completely covered and let any extra chocolate drip off.
04 -
Take your chocolate-covered marshmallow and place it in the bowl with graham cracker crumbs. Roll it around gently until it's fully coated on all sides.
05 -
Set each finished marshmallow on your parchment-lined tray. Keep going until you've done this with all your marshmallows.
06 -
Pop the tray in your fridge for about 15-20 minutes so the chocolate hardens up nicely around each marshmallow.
07 -
You can enjoy these right after they've chilled, or keep them in a sealed container at room temp for later.
