Get your oven to 375°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Put the sausage, shredded cheddar, and drained diced tomatoes in a big bowl. Mix everything well with your hands or a spoon.

Make the mix into balls about 1 1/2 inches wide, like golf balls. Place them evenly spaced on the lined baking sheet.

Pop the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes until the sausage balls look golden and cooked all the way through.
