# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - Halve 1 pound of baby potatoes

02 - 8 ounces of crumbled feta cheese

→ Herbs & Spices

03 - 4 whole garlic cloves
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 2 teaspoons fresh oregano or thyme

→ Oils & Fats

08 - 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lay parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - Mix the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme until they're all coated well.
03 - Place the potatoes in one layer on the baking sheet. Tuck the feta pieces and garlic cloves around the potatoes.
04 - Cook for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring once halfway through until the potatoes turn crispy and golden.
05 - Dish up while hot and drizzle any leftover olive oil on top.
