Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
03 - 12 soft dinner rolls
04 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain the fat and set aside.
03 - Slice the tops off the rolls and hollow out the centers gently.
04 - Place a cube or pinch of cheddar cheese in the bottom of each roll.
05 - Spoon in the beef mixture, pressing down lightly. Add more cheese on top if desired.
06 - In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
07 - Brush the tops of the rolls with garlic butter.
08 - Sprinkle parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over each roll.
09 - Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
10 - Cool slightly and serve warm for best taste.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Let the rolls come to room temperature before hollowing to avoid tearing.
02 - Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.
03 - To reheat, use the oven instead of the microwave for a crispier texture.
