Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain the fat and set aside.

Slice the tops off the rolls and hollow out the centers gently.

Place a cube or pinch of cheddar cheese in the bottom of each roll.

Spoon in the beef mixture, pressing down lightly. Add more cheese on top if desired.

In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.

Brush the tops of the rolls with garlic butter.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over each roll.

Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Cool slightly and serve warm for best taste.
