Mississippi Pot Roast Best Ever (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 pounds chuck roast
02 - 1 packet ranch dressing mix
03 - 1 packet au jus gravy mix
04 - 1/4 cup butter
05 - 4-5 pepperoncini peppers

# Instructions:

01 - Place roast in the slow cooker and sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus mix evenly on top.
02 - Place pepperoncini peppers on top of the mixes and add butter.
03 - Set the slow cooker to low heat and cook for 8 hours.
04 - Serve the roast with noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.

# Notes:

01 - Do not add any water or broth. The roast will produce enough liquid as it cooks.
02 - For added flavor, include quartered russet potatoes and baby carrots in the last 1-2 hours of cooking.
