Mix both types of flour in a big bowl. In another bowl, blend warm water with honey and yeast. Let it sit about 5 minutes until bubbly. Add the room temp water, olive oil, and salt. Pour this wet mix into the flour bit by bit while stirring. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes till it feels smooth. Put it in an oiled bowl, cover it up, and let it grow in a warm spot for an hour or until it doubles up.

Warm up olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and cook for half a minute. Mix in tomato sauce, sugar, dried basil, dried oregano, and salt. Let it bubble gently for 12-15 minutes, giving it a stir now and then. Take it off the heat and let it cool down before you use it.

Get your oven hot at 400°F (204°C). Push down on the puffy dough. Cut it into 12 equal chunks. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten them into 4-inch circles. Lay them out on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
04 -
Spread a spoonful of your cooled sauce on each flattened dough circle. Scatter some shredded mozzarella on top and add strips of string cheese where you want them.
05 -
Slice black olives in half to make spider bodies. Cut more olives into strips for the legs. Place these olive pieces on your pizzas to look like spooky spiders.
06 -
Slide the baking sheets into your hot oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the cheese gets melty and the crust turns golden brown. Take them out and let them cool a bit before eating.
