# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 cups whole wheat flour
03 - 1/2 cup warm water
04 - 1 1/4 cups room temperature water
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

→ Sauce

09 - 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
10 - 1 clove garlic, minced
11 - 2 teaspoons olive oil
12 - 2 teaspoons sugar
13 - 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
14 - 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
15 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Toppings

16 - Shredded mozzarella cheese
17 - Mozzarella string cheese, cut into strips
18 - Black olives, halved and sliced for spider decoration

# How to Make It:

01 - Mix both types of flour in a big bowl. In another bowl, blend warm water with honey and yeast. Let it sit about 5 minutes until bubbly. Add the room temp water, olive oil, and salt. Pour this wet mix into the flour bit by bit while stirring. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes till it feels smooth. Put it in an oiled bowl, cover it up, and let it grow in a warm spot for an hour or until it doubles up.
02 - Warm up olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and cook for half a minute. Mix in tomato sauce, sugar, dried basil, dried oregano, and salt. Let it bubble gently for 12-15 minutes, giving it a stir now and then. Take it off the heat and let it cool down before you use it.
03 - Get your oven hot at 400°F (204°C). Push down on the puffy dough. Cut it into 12 equal chunks. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten them into 4-inch circles. Lay them out on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
04 - Spread a spoonful of your cooled sauce on each flattened dough circle. Scatter some shredded mozzarella on top and add strips of string cheese where you want them.
05 - Slice black olives in half to make spider bodies. Cut more olives into strips for the legs. Place these olive pieces on your pizzas to look like spooky spiders.
06 - Slide the baking sheets into your hot oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the cheese gets melty and the crust turns golden brown. Take them out and let them cool a bit before eating.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For the dough to rise properly, keep it somewhere without drafts. You can use more olive slices if you want to make fancier decorations.
