Melon & Raspberry Summer Salad (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Salad Ingredients

01 - 1 small melon or ½ large melon, seeded and scooped into balls
02 - ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
03 - 125g (1 cup) fresh raspberries
04 - 4 slices Parma ham, torn into pieces
05 - 125g (1 cup) mozzarella, either one ball or small balls
06 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish

→ Dressing

07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar or regular balsamic vinegar
09 - Pinch of Espelette pepper sea salt or fleur de sel (optional)
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice the melon in half, remove the seeds, and use a melon baller to scoop out melon balls.
02 - Thinly slice the cucumber using a mandoline or sharp knife.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sea salt to create the dressing.
04 - Arrange the cucumber slices, melon balls, raspberries, mozzarella pieces, and torn Parma ham on serving plates.
05 - Drizzle dressing over the salad, sprinkle with fresh mint leaves and black pepper. Serve immediately.
