Grilled London Broil Steak (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Marinade

01 - 1/4 cup honey
02 - 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
03 - 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
05 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

→ Meat

07 - 2 pounds London Broil (Top Round Steak)
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Whisk together honey, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and onion powder in a small bowl.
02 - Place the meat on a cutting board and cut several shallow slits on both sides to help the marinade absorb.
03 - Place the meat in a resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Massage into the meat and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.
04 - Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat (350-400°F).
05 - Remove the meat from the refrigerator, discard the marinade, and pat the steak dry with paper towels. Season both sides with kosher salt.
06 - Grill the steak for 7-8 minutes per side for medium rare, aiming for an internal temperature of 120-130°F using a digital instant-read thermometer.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Do not skimp on marinating time; while 2 hours is the minimum, 8 hours or more is recommended for optimal flavor and tenderness.
02 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat by slicing thinly and heating briefly with butter in a skillet.
