Honey Roasted Peaches Oven (Printable Version)

01 - 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
02 - 4 teaspoons honey

03 - 2 teaspoons butter or coconut oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Slice peaches in half and remove pits. Leave the skins on.
03 - Place peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
04 - Drizzle each peach with honey and dot with a little butter or coconut oil.
05 - Sprinkle cinnamon and a drop of vanilla extract on each if using.
06 - Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until soft and golden.
07 - Optional: Broil for 1–2 extra minutes for more caramelization.
08 - Let cool slightly before serving. Spoon pan juices over the top.
