# Ingredients:

01 - Chicken thighs or breasts
02 - Honey
03 - Garlic, minced
04 - Soy sauce
05 - Olive oil
06 - Ginger, optional
07 - Cornstarch, optional for thickening
08 - Salt
09 - Black pepper
10 - Green onions, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the chicken dry and generously season both sides with salt and pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked.
03 - In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
04 - Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set aside. Pour the honey garlic mixture into the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
05 - Return the chicken to the pan and toss it to coat evenly in the honey garlic sauce.
06 - Top the dish with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm, pairing with rice and vegetables if preferred.

# Notes:

01 - For a thicker sauce, mix 1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 2 teaspoons of water and stir it into the sauce. Chicken thighs provide a juicier result compared to chicken breasts.
