Honey Butter Skillet Corn (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons salted butter
02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 16 oz frozen corn
04 - 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey.
02 - Once melted, add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
03 - Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir together and let it cook, about 3-5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
04 - Serve immediately. Leftovers keep well, covered in a container, and stored in the fridge.

# Notes:

01 - The recipe makes 6 side dish servings, but if feeding young children, you may get closer to 8 servings.
02 - Gold n' white frozen corn works well in this recipe, but any 16 oz frozen corn bag is suitable.
