Dense brownies with fluffy marshmallow ghosts make a fun, chocolate-packed Halloween dessert everyone will love.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ For the Brownie Base

01 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
02 - 1 cup white sugar
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
05 - 1/2 cup plain flour
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ For the Ghost Decoration

07 - 12 large marshmallows
08 - 1 1/2 cups white candy melts or white chocolate chips
09 - Mini chocolate chips for the faces

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment or give it a good coating of butter.
02 - Grab a medium bowl and mix your melted butter, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla until they're nicely combined.
03 - Gently fold the flour and salt into your wet mixture. Don't stir too much, just until everything's mixed together.
04 - Pour your batter evenly into the pan and pop it in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. It's done when a toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs stuck to it.
05 - Let the brownies cool all the way down in the pan. After they're totally cool, cut them into 12 equal squares.
06 - Slowly melt your white candy melts or chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler until they're smooth and runny.
07 - Place a big marshmallow on top of each brownie square.
08 - Drizzle the melted white chocolate over each marshmallow, letting it run down the sides to make the ghost shape.
09 - While the chocolate's still soft, stick mini chocolate chips on to make eyes and a mouth for each ghost.
10 - Wait until the white chocolate hardens completely before you serve your spooky treats.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Try adding a tiny drop of lemon juice to your white chocolate before melting for a fresher taste.
