Place chicken breasts in a large zip-lock bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated. Seal tightly if using a bag or cover with plastic wrap if using a dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding the leftover liquid. Grill chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 75°C. Add lemon slices to the grill during the final minutes to caramelize.

Remove chicken from grill and rest for a few minutes to retain juices. Slice chicken, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve with grilled lemon slices.
