Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs (Print-Friendly Version)

Soft biscuits filled with mozzarella, topped with garlic butter and herbs for a warm, cheesy treat.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dough and Filling

01 - 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 count
02 - 8 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half

→ Seasoning and Topping

03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
06 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease the surface.
02 - Separate the biscuit dough into 8 individual pieces. Slice each mozzarella cheese stick in half to create 16 pieces.
03 - Gently flatten each piece of biscuit dough. Place one half of a mozzarella stick in the center of each flattened dough piece.
04 - Enclose the cheese by folding the dough around it, pinching edges to seal. Roll each into a smooth ball.
05 - Arrange dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing each about 1 inch apart.
06 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder and dried Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the mixture.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
08 - Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining seasoned butter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
09 - Serve warm, accompanied by marinara sauce for dipping.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure dough is tightly sealed to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.
