# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main

01 - A couple of big sweet potatoes
02 - 3 smashed cloves of garlic
03 - A third of a cup of freshly shredded Parmesan
04 - Two spoonfuls of olive oil
05 - A pinch of Italian herbs
06 - Half a teaspoon of salt, or just how you like it
07 - Half a teaspoon of black pepper
08 - Half a teaspoon of paprika
09 - Two tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley to top it off

# How to Make It:

01 - Get your oven warmed up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - Give those sweet potatoes a good wash and scrub. You can peel them or leave the skin on. Cut them up into even wedges.
03 - Toss the potato wedges in a big bowl with olive oil first. Then add the garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix it all around so every piece is covered.
04 - Spread the wedges out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pop them in the oven for 20 minutes.
05 - Turn the wedges over after 20 minutes and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. They should come out golden and soft.
06 - Take the tray out, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese all over, and stick it back in the oven for 5 minutes so the cheese melts and crisps up a bit.
07 - Top with fresh parsley and enjoy warm with some yogurt dip, garlic aioli, or classic ketchup.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For crispier wedges, soak them in cold water for half an hour and dry well before cooking. If you like it spicy, throw in some red pepper flakes or cayenne powder. You can also air fry these at 380 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
