09 - Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

# How to Make It:

01 - Cut chicken breasts into pieces large enough to fully enclose a mozzarella cube. Toss with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly seasoned.
02 - Press a mozzarella cube into the center of each seasoned chicken piece. Wrap tightly, then encase each chicken-cheese bundle with a half-slice of turkey bacon.
03 - Thread the wrapped chicken pieces securely onto pre-soaked wooden skewers, spacing as needed.
04 - Arrange skewers on a tray. Drizzle evenly with olive oil and scatter minced garlic over the surface.
05 - Grill over medium heat or bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (204°C) for 30 to 45 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked and bacon is crisp, turning occasionally for even browning.
06 - Let the skewers cool briefly before garnishing as desired and serving with your choice of dipping sauce.
