Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the minced garlic (or garlic powder). Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat.

Remove skillet from heat and stir in the Parmesan and cheddar until well combined and slightly melted.

Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each one into a roughly 4–5 inch (10–13 cm) circle.

Place about 1–2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching edges closed to seal completely.

Place each bomb seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and puffed.

Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
