# What You’ll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound (450 g) ground beef
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced (or about 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
03 - ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 cup (100 g) cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Pepper, to taste

→ Dough and topping

07 - 1 can (approximately 16 oz / 450 g) refrigerated biscuit dough
08 - 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter, melted
09 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the minced garlic (or garlic powder). Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat.
03 - Remove skillet from heat and stir in the Parmesan and cheddar until well combined and slightly melted.
04 - Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each one into a roughly 4–5 inch (10–13 cm) circle.
05 - Place about 1–2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching edges closed to seal completely.
06 - Place each bomb seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and puffed.
08 - Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
