Garlic Chicken Wrap (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Core Filling

01 - 1 tsp minced garlic
02 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
03 - 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
06 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
07 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

→ Tortillas and Cooking

08 - 1 tbsp butter or olive oil, for frying
09 - 4 large tortillas

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Toss together the chicken, cheddar, garlic, cream cheese, parsley, onion powder, and black pepper in a big bowl. Stir until everything's evenly mixed.
02 - Place a tortilla on your workspace. Add a good scoop of the filling to the center. Spread it out just enough but leave space near the edges. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a secure wrap.
03 - Warm some butter or oil in a flat, non-stick pan set over medium heat. Put the wraps seam-side down and let them cook for a couple of minutes until one side turns golden. Flip and repeat for the other side.
04 - Cut each wrap down the middle and serve them warm. Add your favorite dip or a basic salad on the side, if you like.
