Toss together the chicken, cheddar, garlic, cream cheese, parsley, onion powder, and black pepper in a big bowl. Stir until everything's evenly mixed.

Place a tortilla on your workspace. Add a good scoop of the filling to the center. Spread it out just enough but leave space near the edges. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a secure wrap.

Warm some butter or oil in a flat, non-stick pan set over medium heat. Put the wraps seam-side down and let them cook for a couple of minutes until one side turns golden. Flip and repeat for the other side.

Cut each wrap down the middle and serve them warm. Add your favorite dip or a basic salad on the side, if you like.
