Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Orzo (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 cup orzo
02 - 2 cups chicken broth
03 - 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
04 - ½ cup heavy cream
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add orzo and cook until almost tender, about 7–8 minutes.
02 - Stir in the chopped broccoli florets. Cook for another 3 minutes until broccoli is tender.
03 - Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes creamy.
04 - Spoon into bowls and optionally garnish with extra cheddar. Serve warm.
