Remove the icing packet and set it aside. Slice each cinnamon roll into about 4–6 bite-sized chunks.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until well blended.

Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the custard mix, coating evenly but not soaking for too long.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place bites in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.

Warm the icing slightly so it’s pourable, then drizzle generously over the cooked bites. Add a sprinkle of powdered sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
