01 -
Cover an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging over the edges for easier removal later.
02 -
Combine white chocolate morsels, sweetened condensed milk, and softened butter in a medium pot over low heat. Keep stirring until everything melts together smoothly, which takes around 4 to 5 minutes.
03 -
Take the pot off the heat. Mix in the peppermint extract and sea salt until well blended. If you want a festive look, you can add a tiny bit of green food coloring and stir until it turns light green.
04 -
Mix in half of your broken Oreo cookie pieces into the warm mixture, saving the other half for the top.
05 -
Pour the fudge mixture into your lined pan. Scatter the remaining Oreo pieces on top and lightly push them into the surface. Place in the fridge uncovered for at least 45 minutes, or leave overnight for a firmer fudge.
06 -
Grab the parchment paper edges and pull the hardened fudge out of the pan. Run a sharp knife under hot water then cut the fudge into 1-inch squares for neat pieces.
