Smash up 14 tea biscuits and mix with your melted butter. Push it down into your springform pan with the back of a spoon, then stick it in the fridge.

Grab a bowl and beat the whipping cream with sugar until it's fluffy. Then carefully fold in your mascarpone until everything's mixed together.

Take half your cream mix and spread it over the biscuit base. Drizzle half your melted chocolate on top of that.

Put the leftover tea biscuits in a nice pattern to create your middle layer.

Pour all your remaining cream over those biscuits and finish with the rest of your melted chocolate spread across the top.

Sprinkle cocoa powder over everything and let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but overnight works better.
