03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Wraps

08 - 4 flour tortillas or wraps, 10-inch

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, chopped chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well using tongs. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste. Adjust seasoning or add more dressing, if desired. Set aside.
02 - Warm the tortillas in a large pan over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side, or until pliable. Transfer to a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep them warm. Alternatively, use a microwave by placing the tortillas between paper towels and heating for 15 to 30 seconds.
03 - Lay each tortilla on a clean surface. Divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it at the center. Fold opposite sides inward, then roll up tightly into a burrito-style wrap. Optionally, secure with a toothpick. Serve whole or cut in half.

# Additional Notes:

01 - The wraps are best consumed the day they are made, but the ingredients can be prepared in advance.
