Set your oven to 400°F (or 200°C) so it heats up while you prepare.

In a large bowl, stir together the shredded chicken, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and the ranch. Make sure it’s all combined evenly.

Grab a mozzarella stick and wrap it completely with the chicken and bacon mixture.

Dip the wrapped sticks into breadcrumbs mixed with garlic and onion powders, adding a little salt and pepper.

Put the coated sticks on a parchment-lined sheet pan, then lightly spritz with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
