Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Open the biscuit dough can and separate into individual biscuits.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round using your fingers or a small rolling pin.

Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese on one half of each flattened round.

Fold the other half of the dough over the cheese, pressing the edges to seal and forming a half-moon shape.

Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper.

Brush the garlic-butter mixture evenly over each roll.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
