# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)

→ Filling

02 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Butter Mixture

03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced (~2 teaspoons)
04 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried parsley)
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
03 - Open the biscuit dough can and separate into individual biscuits.
04 - Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round using your fingers or a small rolling pin.
05 - Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese on one half of each flattened round.
06 - Fold the other half of the dough over the cheese, pressing the edges to seal and forming a half-moon shape.
07 - Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper.
08 - Brush the garlic-butter mixture evenly over each roll.
09 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
10 - Remove from oven and let rolls cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Ensure the edges of the rolls are well-sealed to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.
