01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
02 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar
06 - 4 medium tortillas
07 - 1 tbsp butter
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - Chopped parsley (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - If not already cooked, season the chicken with salt and pepper, then bake, grill, or pan-fry it. Cut into small cubes.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until fragrant but not burnt.
03 - Add diced chicken to the skillet, tossing well to coat it in the garlic oil.
04 - Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and cheddar so they start melting into the chicken.
05 - Lay a tortilla flat, spoon the chicken-cheese mixture in the center, fold the sides in, and roll tightly.
06 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
07 - Rest for 1–2 minutes, slice diagonally, and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
