Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups (Print-Friendly Version)

Soft bread envelopes melted cheeses with rich garlic butter, baked for a crisp, golden bite and perfect dip.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Rollups

01 - 8 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread, crusts removed
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

→ Garlic Butter

05 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley
09 - 1/4 tsp salt

→ Optional Dipping Sauces

10 - Marinara sauce
11 - Garlic herb sauce
12 - Ranch dressing
13 - Spicy ketchup

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and set aside.
02 - Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each bread slice until thin and even to ensure the rollups stay sealed and develop a crispy texture.
03 - Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese across the bottom third of each flattened bread slice. Roll tightly from the cheese side up to form a log, sealing edges with a small amount of melted butter as needed.
04 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Stir well to infuse the butter with flavor.
05 - Place each rollup seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Generously brush with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Alternatively, air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
06 - Allow rollups to cool slightly for one minute before serving warm with optional dipping sauces.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use soft bread to facilitate rolling and retain melted cheese inside. Seal edges with melted butter to prevent unrolling. Avoid overfilling to minimize cheese leakage. Brushing with garlic butter enhances crispiness and flavor. Air fryer use reduces baking time and increases crispiness.
