Cheesy Garlic Beef Wraps (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
03 - 1 lb beef, ground
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Dough and Garnish

08 - 8 oz can of ready-to-use crescent dough
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for melted butter)
10 - Optional: 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
11 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet or lightly grease it.
02 - On medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onions in a skillet. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Continue stirring for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is brown and fully cooked. Drain the grease and let it sit to cool down a bit.
03 - Blend the shredded cheddar into the cooled beef mixture until evenly combined.
04 - Open the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangle pieces.
05 - Add a big spoonful of beef mixture to the wide side of each triangle. Roll the dough up from the wide end toward the pointed tip and place each one seam-side down on the baking tray.
06 - Combine the melted butter with garlic powder and brush it generously over the tops of the rolls.
07 - Pop them in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn a golden color. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving, if you'd like.
08 - Serve these warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dip!

# Additional Notes:

01 - Wait until the beef mixture cools off before adding cheese, so the cheese doesn’t melt too early and lose its texture.
