# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
08 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
09 - 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish (optional)

→ Assembly

10 - 10 to 12 egg roll wrappers
11 - Vegetable oil, for frying

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion, cook until beef is fully browned and onions are tender. Drain excess fat from the pan.
02 - Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, yellow mustard, and dill pickle relish. Cook the mixture for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
03 - Let the beef mixture cool slightly, then fold in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
04 - Place an egg roll wrapper on a sanitized work surface with one corner facing you.
05 - Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture into the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner upward over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a dab of water.
06 - Continue filling and rolling each wrapper until all the beef mixture is used.
07 - Pour enough vegetable oil into a deep skillet or heavy pot to reach a depth of 2 inches. Heat oil to 350°F (177°C).
08 - Working in batches, fry eggrolls for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Adjust heat as needed to maintain oil temperature.
09 - Transfer fried eggrolls to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with dipping sauce if desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure the filling cools before adding cheese to prevent excessive melting.
02 - Do not overfill wrappers to avoid leakage during frying.
