Cheddar-Stuffed BBQ Bacon Bombs (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 6 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
03 - 12 slices bacon
04 - ½ cup breadcrumbs
05 - 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for medium heat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
03 - Take a portion of the beef mixture (about 2 ounces) and flatten it in your palm. Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center. Carefully fold the beef mixture around the cheese to form a ball. Repeat until all cheese and beef mixture is used.
04 - Each beef ball should be wrapped completely with one slice of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Place the wrapped bacon bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not touching.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
07 - Remove from the oven or grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.
08 - For extra flavor, you can brush the bacon bombs with additional BBQ sauce during the last five minutes of cooking.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Consider using a mix of different cheeses for varied flavor.
02 - These bacon bombs can also be grilled, which adds a nice smoky flavor.
