Toss together the cooked chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese in a big bowl until it’s all blended evenly.

Spread a tortilla flat on the counter. Add about 120 grams of filling to the center, then fold in the sides and roll it tightly like a burrito. Do the same for the remaining wraps.

Stir together melted butter, dried parsley, and minced garlic in a small bowl till combined.

Brush the outside of each wrap with garlic butter. Heat a skillet over medium. Place each wrap seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

Set your oven to 190°C. Put the buttered wraps on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping once, till they’re crunchy and heated through.
