Garlic Chicken Wraps (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 large flour tortillas
02 - 20 grams finely grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 60 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 110 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 480 grams cooked chicken, diced or shredded

→ Garlic Butter Mix

06 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
07 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
08 - 45 grams melted unsalted butter

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Toss together the cooked chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese in a big bowl until it’s all blended evenly.
02 - Spread a tortilla flat on the counter. Add about 120 grams of filling to the center, then fold in the sides and roll it tightly like a burrito. Do the same for the remaining wraps.
03 - Stir together melted butter, dried parsley, and minced garlic in a small bowl till combined.
04 - Brush the outside of each wrap with garlic butter. Heat a skillet over medium. Place each wrap seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
05 - Set your oven to 190°C. Put the buttered wraps on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping once, till they’re crunchy and heated through.
06 - Serve these warm with your favorite dips like creamy garlic aioli, marinara, or ranch.
