Bubbly Pizza Bake (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
02 - 15 oz can of pizza sauce
03 - 20 pepperoni slices
04 - 2 packs (10 each) of buttermilk biscuit dough (avoid Grand style)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - Use non-stick spray to coat a 9x13 pan.
03 - Slice each biscuit into four small pieces. A pizza cutter works wonders for this!
04 - Spread the biscuit chunks evenly along the bottom of your greased 9x13 pan.
05 - Pour pizza sauce over the biscuits, scatter the shredded mozzarella on top, and finish with the pepperoni.
06 - Pop in the oven, uncovered, for 25-35 minutes until the biscuits puff up and are fully cooked. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
