Brown Sugar Roasted Pineapples (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4-5 cups fresh pineapple, chunked (approximately 1 pineapple)
02 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
03 - 1/4 cup pineapple juice
04 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
05 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
06 - 1/8 cup flour
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - Arrange pineapple chunks in a single layer on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Pour pineapple juice over the pineapple.
03 - Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over the pineapples and toss to coat evenly.
04 - Drizzle melted butter over the coated pineapples.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the pineapples are golden and the brown sugar mixture is caramelized. Stir every 10 minutes.
06 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a more caramelized look, put the pineapples under the broiler for 1-3 minutes.
