Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - ¾ cup milk
02 - ½ cup extra strong brewed coffee or hot espresso
03 - 1 tablespoon Biscoff cookie butter, room temperature
04 - 1 teaspoon brown sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Toppings

06 - whipped cream
07 - Biscoff cookies for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Brew very strong coffee or espresso.
02 - Heat the milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Ensure the milk is fairly hot but not so hot it could burn your finger.
03 - While the milk is heating, add the cookie butter to the hot coffee and stir until dissolved using a whisk, fork, or frothing wand. Then add the brown sugar and vanilla extract and mix until dissolved.
04 - Add the hot milk to a mason jar, close the lid, and shake for 1-2 minutes until foam forms. Open the lid after 15-20 seconds to release excess heat. Alternatively, use a frothing wand or coffee machine with frother to create foam.
05 - Pour the frothed milk into the coffee mixture, using a spoon or mason jar lid to hold back the foam. Add the foam on top.
06 - Add whipped cream, drizzle with melted cookie butter, and garnish with Biscoff cookies. You can crumble cookies on top, dip whole cookies into the whipped cream, or place them around the cup with melted cookie butter. Optionally, add a caramel drizzle.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Ensure the coffee is hot to melt the cookie butter quickly. Using a whisk can help break the cookie butter down faster.
02 - When using a mason jar to froth milk, release excess heat by opening the lid after the first 15-20 seconds.
