01 -
Brew very strong coffee or espresso.
02 -
Heat the milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Ensure the milk is fairly hot but not so hot it could burn your finger.
03 -
While the milk is heating, add the cookie butter to the hot coffee and stir until dissolved using a whisk, fork, or frothing wand. Then add the brown sugar and vanilla extract and mix until dissolved.
04 -
Add the hot milk to a mason jar, close the lid, and shake for 1-2 minutes until foam forms. Open the lid after 15-20 seconds to release excess heat. Alternatively, use a frothing wand or coffee machine with frother to create foam.
05 -
Pour the frothed milk into the coffee mixture, using a spoon or mason jar lid to hold back the foam. Add the foam on top.
06 -
Add whipped cream, drizzle with melted cookie butter, and garnish with Biscoff cookies. You can crumble cookies on top, dip whole cookies into the whipped cream, or place them around the cup with melted cookie butter. Optionally, add a caramel drizzle.
