# What You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 fish fillets (Cod, Haddock, Halibut, or any white fish)
02 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
03 - Salt to taste
04 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - Garlic butter sauce (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pat fish fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
02 - Brush with lemon juice, then season with salt and black pepper. Brush one side with olive oil.
03 - Place the oiled part of the fish fillets down in the air fryer basket. Brush the top with olive oil.
04 - Set the air fryer to 180°C/360°F and cook for 6-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
05 - The fish is ready when it flakes easily with a fork. If using garlic butter sauce, top immediately before serving.
06 - Bring the fish out of the air fryer and serve. Garnish with lemon wedges if available.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Use fresh fish fillets or loins. If using frozen fish, ensure they are fully defrosted before cooking.
02 - Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket as this may affect cooking time and crispness.
03 - Preheat the air fryer before use for optimal results.
04 - Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the fish and the specific brand of air fryer.
05 - Use an instant-read thermometer to check doneness; the internal temperature should reach 145°F/62°C.
