Pat fish fillets dry with a kitchen towel.

Brush with lemon juice, then season with salt and black pepper. Brush one side with olive oil.

Place the oiled part of the fish fillets down in the air fryer basket. Brush the top with olive oil.

Set the air fryer to 180°C/360°F and cook for 6-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.

The fish is ready when it flakes easily with a fork. If using garlic butter sauce, top immediately before serving.

Bring the fish out of the air fryer and serve. Garnish with lemon wedges if available.
