# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
09 - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
10 - 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped or white chocolate chips, for dipping

# How to Make It:

01 - Get your oven nice and warm at 350°F (175°C) and put some parchment paper on two cookie sheets.
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix your soft butter with both brown and white sugars until they're super smooth and fluffy.
03 - Pour in the vanilla and maple syrup, then stir everything together until it looks well mixed.
04 - In another bowl, mix your flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
05 - Slowly add your flour mix to the butter mixture, stirring just enough to combine. Don't mix too much.
06 - Drop spoonfuls of dough onto your lined cookie sheets, making sure they're about 2 inches apart from each other.
07 - Stick them in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges look done but the middle stays soft. Let them cool on the tray for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
08 - Put your white chocolate in a bowl over a pot with a bit of simmering water. Stir until it's all melted and smooth.
09 - After your cookies are totally cool, dip half of each cookie into the melted white chocolate. Put them on parchment paper and wait for the chocolate to harden.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - You'll get the yummiest results if you use real maple syrup and make sure cookies are totally cool before you dip them in the white chocolate.
