# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 large yellow onions, peeled and sliced into thick rings
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Coating and Binding

05 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1/4 cup milk
08 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

→ Seasoning

09 - Salt and black pepper to taste
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

→ Frying

12 - Vegetable oil or canola oil for frying

# How to Make It:

01 - Slice the onions into thick rings and separate them into pairs of similar-sized rings, ensuring space remains between each ring for stuffing.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend the ground beef with the chopped turkey bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and season generously with salt and black pepper.
03 - Take a small portion of the meat mixture and press it between two onion rings, filling the inner space. Repeat until all rings are filled.
04 - Arrange three separate bowls: the first containing flour, the second with whisked egg and milk, and the third with breadcrumbs. Dredge each stuffed ring in flour, then coat in the egg mixture, and finish by rolling in breadcrumbs.
05 - Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F. Carefully lower the stuffed rings into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs for coating. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
