01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
03 - 1 small onion, diced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

08 - 1 tbsp mustard
09 - 2 tbsp ketchup, sugar-free if preferred

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
03 - Add ground beef to skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Stir in cooked turkey bacon pieces and mix well. Remove from heat.
05 - Spread beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
06 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, mustard, and ketchup. Pour this mixture evenly over the beef.
07 - Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until the casserole is set and cheese is melted and bubbly.
09 - Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with diced pickles, lettuce, and tomato if desired.
