In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.

Add ground beef to skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in cooked turkey bacon pieces and mix well. Remove from heat.

Spread beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, mustard, and ketchup. Pour this mixture evenly over the beef.

Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until the casserole is set and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with diced pickles, lettuce, and tomato if desired.
