# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 10 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 1 cup cooked beef brisket, finely chopped

→ Assembly

05 - 10 egg roll wrappers
06 - 10 large jalapeños, halved and seeded

→ Frying and Serving

07 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying
08 - 1/2 cup honey, for drizzling

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly blend softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, and finely chopped beef brisket until smooth and uniformly mixed.
02 - Using a spoon, fill each halved and seeded jalapeño pepper with the prepared cheese and meat filling. Pack the mixture gently to ensure it is secure.
03 - Position a filled jalapeño half near the corner of an egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides, roll up tightly, and seal the edge with a dab of water to close.
04 - Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet or fryer and heat to 350°F (175°C). Use a thermometer for accuracy and exercise caution with hot oil.
05 - Working in batches, gently place the wrapped egg rolls into the hot oil. Fry for 3 to 5 minutes, turning as needed, until crisp and golden brown. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.
06 - Arrange the fried egg rolls on a platter and drizzle generously with honey before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Brisket can be omitted for a vegetarian option, or replaced with other cooked meats for variation.
02 - Ensure wrappers are sealed well to prevent filling from spilling during frying.
