Cauliflower baked until golden and tossed in a sweet, spicy glaze. Ideal for snacking or as a flavorful side.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
04 - 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Optional garnishes

10 - Fresh cilantro
11 - Sesame seeds

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin until smooth.
04 - Pour the glaze over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly. Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet without overcrowding.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and the cauliflower is tender.
06 - Garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For less spice, use less sriracha; for extra heat, add more sriracha or chili flakes.
02 - To keep the cauliflower crispy, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
03 - Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven for crispiness.
04 - For flavor variations: use buffalo sauce for a buffalo style, add curry powder for a curry spiced version, replace honey and sriracha with lemon juice and fresh garlic for a lemon-garlic variation, or substitute sriracha with barbecue sauce for a BBQ version.
