01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced small
03 - 1 medium zucchini, diced
04 - 1 small onion, chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - 1/4 cup water or beef broth, for steaming
12 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and set the beef aside.
02 - In the same skillet, heat olive oil. Add diced sweet potatoes and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften. Add a splash of water or broth and cover the pan for 3–4 minutes to help them steam.
03 - Add chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until translucent. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
04 - Add diced zucchini, cooked ground beef, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook everything together for 5–7 minutes, until the zucchini is tender and flavors combine.
