# What You’ll Need:

01 - 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pieces)

→ Marinade & Sauce

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
08 - 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

→ Vegetables

09 - 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

→ Seasonings

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
02 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and honey (if using) until well incorporated.
03 - Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then thoroughly coat with the sweet chili mixture.
04 - Place coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time, until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
05 - While chicken cooks, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
06 - Add seasoned Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket alongside the chicken. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
07 - Allow chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with crispy Brussels sprouts and drizzle with any remaining sauce from the air fryer basket if desired.
