Stuffed Shells with Meat Cheese (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 20 jumbo pasta shells
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 cup chicken ham, diced
04 - 24 oz marinara sauce
05 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
06 - 1 cup cottage cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 egg
10 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
13 - Salt
14 - Pepper
15 - Fresh parsley

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
03 - In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in diced chicken ham if using.
04 - In a large bowl, mix ricotta, cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
05 - Stir in half of the cooked beef mixture into the cheese filling.
06 - Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
07 - Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese and meat mixture and place them in the dish.
08 - Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle with extra mozzarella cheese on top.
09 - Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
10 - Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
