# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Mashed Potato Base

01 - 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream
03 - 1/4 cup whole milk
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Filling & Flavor Additions

07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
09 - 2 green onions, finely chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a muffin tin or small baking dish with non-stick spray.
02 - Place the cubed potatoes in a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
03 - Transfer the drained potatoes to a large bowl. Mash together with sour cream, milk, butter, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
04 - Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, and chopped green onions until evenly distributed.
05 - Spoon the mashed potato mixture into the prepared muffin tin or baking dish, pressing down lightly to compact.
06 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the edges are slightly crisp.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure the potatoes are drained well before mashing to achieve a creamy, non-watery texture.
