Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Donuts (Print-Friendly Version)

Donuts with creamy cheesecake and strawberry filling, finished with a sweet dusting of powdered sugar.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Strawberry Filling

02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

→ Cheesecake Filling

05 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
06 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
07 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Frying and Garnish

08 - Cooking oil, for frying
09 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine diced strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Transfer to a bowl and let cool completely.
02 - In a medium bowl, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Place the mixture into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with one corner snipped.
03 - Gently flatten each piece of biscuit dough with your fingers. Avoid rolling too thin, keeping enough thickness to hold the fillings after frying.
04 - Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (177°C). Fry shaped biscuit dough in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
05 - Once donuts are cool enough to handle, cut a small hole in the side of each with a knife. Pipe in a portion of cheesecake filling, then follow with a spoonful of strawberry filling. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure fillings are fully cooled before piping into donuts to maintain the texture and structural integrity.
