11 - 45 ml (3 tbsp) soy sauce
12 - 25 g (2 tbsp) brown sugar
13 - 15 ml (1 tbsp) oyster sauce
14 - 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) ground ginger
15 - 5 ml (1 tsp) cornstarch

→ Optional

16 - Chili crisp, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine sliced steak with Shaoxing wine, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ginger, and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Set aside.
03 - Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated steak slices for about 1 minute per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
04 - Add chopped vegetables to the same pan and sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender.
05 - Add shrimp to the pan and cook just until they turn opaque and form a C shape, approximately 2 minutes.
06 - Return steak to the pan with the vegetables and shrimp. Add prepared noodles and sauce. Toss everything together on medium-high heat until the sauce thickens and noodles are evenly coated.
07 - Stir in green onions, garnish with chili crisp if desired, and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Slice steak against the grain for maximum tenderness and do not overcook the shrimp to maintain a juicy texture.
