Bourbon Garlic Steak (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 thick-cut ribeye steaks
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1/2 cup quality bourbon
05 - 1 cup full-fat cream
06 - Salt as needed
07 - Pepper as needed
08 - Chopped fresh parsley for finishing

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pour olive oil into a hot skillet on medium-high. Sprinkle steaks generously with salt and pepper.
02 - Place steaks in pan and cook about 4-5 minutes per side until you get your preferred doneness. Set aside on a plate to rest.
03 - Toss chopped garlic into the same pan and let it cook for just a minute.
04 - Slowly pour in bourbon while scraping up all the tasty bits from the bottom. Let bubble away for 2-3 minutes.
05 - Pour in the cream and let it bubble until it gets nice and thick.
06 - Put steaks on plates, drizzle with the bourbon garlic sauce, and scatter fresh parsley on top.
