Place steaks in pan and cook about 4-5 minutes per side until you get your preferred doneness. Set aside on a plate to rest.

Slowly pour in bourbon while scraping up all the tasty bits from the bottom. Let bubble away for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the cream and let it bubble until it gets nice and thick.

Put steaks on plates, drizzle with the bourbon garlic sauce, and scatter fresh parsley on top.
