→ Garnishes

22 - 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
23 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
24 - Optional: shredded nori
25 - Optional: pickled radish
26 - Optional: soft-boiled egg

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and black pepper. Add the beef, toss to coat, and marinate for 30 minutes.
02 - Mix mayonnaise, gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and warm water in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
03 - Boil ramen noodles until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup of the cooking water, then drain and rinse the noodles under cold water.
04 - In a pan over low heat, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, sugar, and reserved noodle water. Add the noodles, stir until fully coated, and remove from heat.
05 - Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the beef slices for 2–3 minutes per side until charred and cooked through. Work in batches if necessary.
06 - Plate the noodles, top with grilled beef, drizzle the creamy sauce over the top, and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Add optional toppings like shredded nori, pickled radish, or a soft-boiled egg if desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Let the beef sit at room temperature before grilling for even cooking and better texture.
02 - Use Kewpie mayo in the creamy sauce for maximum umami flavor.
03 - Rinse the noodles after draining to prevent overcooking and a mushy texture.
