# How to Make It:

01 - Combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon gochujang, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper in a bowl.
02 - Add sliced ribeye or sirloin steak to the marinade. Mix well to coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight for maximum flavor.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sriracha or Korean chili sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and a pinch of sugar if using. Set aside.
04 - In a large pot, bring 2 cups chicken or beef broth to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in 1 tablespoon gochugaru, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and salt to taste.
05 - Add ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook until just al dente, about 3 minutes.
06 - Heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Sear marinated steak slices for 1–2 minutes on each side until charred and cooked to your preferred doneness. Slice if needed.
07 - Divide noodles and broth among serving bowls. Arrange grilled beef over noodles. Drizzle with creamy sauce.
08 - Top bowls with chopped green onions, toasted black sesame seeds, and extra chili oil or gochugaru if desired. Serve immediately while hot.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a spicier broth, increase gochugaru or add a few drops of chili oil before serving.
